You are the legal owner of a house or maisonette (mortgage or outright) in and around London
You have a minimum of 2 bedrooms or more
You have a bathroom, kitchen/ dinning room
Your property is within a 1.5 to 2.5 mile radius of a train or tube
Parking available at the property or in close proximity is a requirement.
